Complaint regarding bed services OF IFB Again 3rd time forwarding complaint

Hi,

When i start the machine machine wash cloths but never dries and comes very high sound i am facing this problem last 3 months and every time i made this complaint the time of when i buy this machine after resolving again facing problems again and again. This is your services please try to resolve this problems as soon as.

I sent this mail to ifb then a guy came in my house he just worked on spin ballet. And after one day again belt come out from the machine, Ifb people listen the guy you sent at my house was he blind and could not able to see that spin belt is completely damaged why did he used damage spin belt again while my machine in warranty period. Plese send a guy to solve my probelm again. Because my washing machine not spining cloth because of it's spin belt is damaged
