IFB
NO PROPER RESPONSE

My washing machine is under AMC for the past 6 months, we have been calling the customer care for past 15 days but not even a single response from them.. When we paid the AMC the service person said us to file a complaint after 2 months and immediately they will come for service, but not even a single dude is responding properly... Really its so stunning, IFB is said to be popular company but these people are very irresponsible..
