Worst Service for washing machine

Hi

I have purchased new washing machine of 5.5kg digital on last year. Since form 1 year it was working fine, From last month its started to give problem. I have given complaint, but i never seen these type of worst service in my life. The engineer who is visiting my place is not having any experience to repair the machine.

Please iam requesting you people not to cheat like this by giving very very poor service.

I need the machine repaired immediately or replaced if the complaint is out of manufacturing! This would be my last complaint and if i dont get a response for this too, i have to take legal actions against the company for my money refund for the machine!
