MOTOR GONE, COMPANY NOT FIXING

Have rang so many many times, got run around, was given so many different other no's to call, most numbers given are none existent, or wrong no's totally. Finally Anantapur tech came, Anil Kumar, said it was motor problem and he would come back when new motor arrives at company.

It is now October 21st (6 weeks) I have repeatedly called to find out when someone is coming, only to be told it will be attended to, but still no one has come.

If I had known this was the service from IFB I would never have bought anything from them, nor will I do so in the future if this is the type of service that is provided. I paid 26, 000 rupees for a washing machine that has been used a few times only... a waste of money and I am so very disappointed in this company.
