Complaint #3895510 lodged around Dec 16 not attended to as of today (Feb 19).
Washing machine is under AMC and Start/Pause button not working on this all digital machine. After making dozens of calls to several people and two months later the machine is still not working. No one from the service even calls me to update me on the status. Whenver I call they say tomorrow, day after, next week, part is not in stock and that they ordered - once it arrives they will fix immediately... I am sick and tired of these innurebable amount of excuses. They are now saying that they would need to replace the casing where the issue is with an electonic board. After a little probing, I am horrified to notice that they don't even know what the complaint was for.
I am spending lot of money for getting clothes washed and worse id many of clothes are streatched as a result of hand hashing. IFB appears to be least bothered about providing customer care. It is appalling that I do not see even a basic intent to help customer.
