Washing machine not working

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai. In spite of the repeated request from the month of November the services person had come once and checked up and informed that the bearing has gone and need to be replaced, he assured that it will be attaned with 3 to 4 days, till to day (14/05) no action has been taken to rectify. Now the washing mechine is in complet stand still. My AMC expire in the month of August and they have collected the next AMC contract payment also, which start from August. In spite of my reapeted calling Mr. Ravi Ganesh of IFB chennai, he is not responding to the calls. Also your authorised service agent M/S Classic Enterprises Mr. Guru is not attending to my telephone calls I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal. The last resort should be the consumer court.
