Door change, leakage

Dear complaint cell,

We bought a IFB digital washing machine in July the said machine was attended to by your servicing people for water leaks from the machine and now the entire door has come off. I registered a complaint with your helpline, the number of which is 6795662 on 22.7.11. I was assured that the above complaint will be addressed in 24 hours, which has not happened. I was also given a servicing centre no.011-26488759, this no. seems to be defunct as no complaint could be made here for the requisition of a new door. Please do something as we are working professional journalists who cannot hang around the house all day waiting for a service person to turn up.
