IFB Dryer Service not attended to since Jun 12th

Is there a way to penalize IFB for breach of contract.

I had registered a complaint with IFB on May 30; and thet have recorded it as Jun 12th. I have a AMC with them for the year, ending March.

After a few days of sucessive calls, it was attended to on Jun 25.

Till date (Aug 12th) I have not heard back from them. There have been two calls in between from their side, enquiring abt residence change and another enquiring if the order is closed. Every time you call, they do not have a clue on the issue/concern of the customer/complaint.

I am not able to track the MD (name) of this company and the official address of the person, to send a personalized legal letter.

Has there been any class action law suite against this company?...
