IFB ELECTRONIC VOLTAGE STABILISER
COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED

I HAD PURCHASED AN MICROVAVE OVEN ON 16.05.10 . On 03.06.10 when the company technical man came for a demo i was asked to buy a voltage stabiliser which was a mandatory. They gave me a IFB stabiliser and within four months the screw holders in the box of stabiliser started to wither and give way. In fact we have not been using the oven much. But the stabiliser product is so cheap and bad we are scare to operate since it is in a pathetic condition and a risk of short circuit.
