Recurring Problems after the first yea

After the first year of buying Elena for about 15K rs, 2-3 times a year there is a problem. Each time they charge a BOMB and the cost of maintanence has exceeded the cost of the machine is about 4 years!! unbelievable. I think it is better to get a new LG or Samsung machine and discard this one.

Can IFB look at the history of complaints and the cost and give 1 free service this time?

the GASKET needs to be replaced!!!
