IFB Elena Washing Machine
Service Person Not attending to the complaint

I registered a complaint on 23.12.2009 and same was registered on 13.01.2010 with complaint no 345530 regarding my IFB washing machine is not working. I have been calling the service centre every day - they promise me to attend the complaint. Every day they request me for the compalint no and says that, they will call back, but till today no one called or attended to the problem.

I didn't expected such a poor service from IFB
