Sir,

I have purchased IFB's Elena DX Washing machine from Ananda Jothi Electronics, Chengalpattu on 22nd september. From the very next day they were corresponding to IFB service personnel regarding the activation and demonstration of the machine. The booking call no. is 5156197 & the ID is 2473964.

Then I got some phone calls from Pondicherry, Vellore & Kanchipuram IFB service personnels. They all ignored us by saying that our area does'nt comes under their services. Mean while several times I contact the IFB's toll free no.

(18604255678 ) & they told me that they will send the service personnel soon. Nobody has attended our complaint nor came to my house yet. The machine is still " PACKED" in my home. I am very much fed up of this situation and completely not satisfied of the service of IFB personnel.

Now I would ask you, what should I do and what step can you take to attend my complaint or shall I give back the product to the shop itself.

NB: Its came to know that a Scratch and win coupon is there along with the IFB product, but I did'nt get the card yet.
