I have purchased washing machine from Kannur and when I got transferred to Calicut and informed IFB regarding its installation and leakage in the washing machine on 14/11, they didnt offer me proper support. somebody from calicut service centre came, and found the pipes are to be removed. the details not given. Three months almost over. My complaint not yet settled. what I have to do. Pls help me. I am a working women with a 3 year kid.away from family and relatives. so the working of washing machine so important to me. many phone calls during my busy schedule, but it was neglected.whome I have to approach. The toll free number provided me one mobile number of a support person, but he was not picking it up. so irresponsible they are. Kindly look into it and solve the problem
