WM shaking heavily

I have placed a complaint on the company website and a service man came and left saying something needs to replaced. everytime they ask me for transportation charges, and this is 3 times. This time I can clearly see that the WM got severely damanged. So, I am asking for a replacement for the some defects which I don't they can fix after 3rd time sending for service.

We bought this washing machine in march. Within first 4 months we noted the issue (sound from inside the drum) and sent for service. after the service we used for 3 or 4 washes and noticed that the problem was not solved. Sent for service again within 3 months. Now we see a big problem again. This time many screws have got unscrewed, and washing machine shifted a lot even tough it is on a tight rubber fixed stand. even the rubbers of the stand have worn a lot. Last time itself I requested to take back the washine machine. This time I beg to take back this washing machine and refund my amount.
