Outlet pump not working

Sir,

Our IFB washing machine No.010652 is not working since 15 days. Complaint lodged vide No.5239687. Our machine is under AMC contract for Rs.2, 057/-. After several reminders one Techn has identified the problem and not rectified due to power failure. Till date not attended / rectified.

It is regret to say that this is not first time, every time your maintenance personnel taking 15-20 days to rectify the problem. This is very bad for your big brand company. Kindly look into the matter and do needful immediately. Kindly keep the promise as "service within 24 hours"
