No showof service personnel

I registered my complaint that the Machine is not functioning properly on 15/1. After 5 days one of the service personnel calls up and says I am not the person handling your area, then hands over the complaint to another agency. That agency also repeated this and till day none has turned up.

If we try calling their local agency, their phone is always giving an engaged tone.

Good product, Atrocious service.
