Complaint not being attended

I have got AMC with I F B Industries regularly but the service provided by them is pathetic as we donot have any choice but are forced to go for AMC. This has become a business for them. There is no systemn of tracking the complaint and the complaint gets closed at the will of the incharge for the centre. They donot even bother to get the confirmation from the customer who is suffering day in and out but all the complaints and your yelling does not effect the deaf incharge in the company. The complaint in refereence is pending from last 15 days and the person incharge Mr Manoj has closed at his sweet wish. When we enquired bout the same from the service centre which is a franchise they very bluntly said that the complint is closed and the machine has been rectified. I have submitted the complaint at the web site of the company but it looks like company is least bothered to attend the same.

I would like to put forward the case to consumer forum with refund of the entire AMC Amount at actuals paid by us along with one month charges paid to the maid and Rs 20000 harassment charges.

Here I would request consumer forum to straight away pass the judgement rather than wasting any time as the procedure adopted by the consumer forum bebefits the companies as they know that the consumer will not have time to go to court for redressal as such they donot have any fear of the forum also.
