Service problem

I have purchased dish washer from 'ifb industries ltd.'make 'neptune' on date 20/01.warranty by company upto 19/01.company offererd extended warranty upto date 19/01 under the scheme. I paid Rs.2525 by cheq on27/03.since last 15 days machine is not functioning. I have complained to call centre, sent several mails to pune office, made several calls, no response from company. problem is not solved.company did not botherd to customer compalint, service.
