Microwave not fixed/incorrect exchange offe

We have a 23SC1 IFB Microwave model that we purchased late 2004. It developed a problem, a couple of months agao, when while heating it was automatically tripping. We raised a complaint with IFB (ticket number - 5500695). Around 5 technicians visited us, no one opened up the machine, but identified the problem as an SCB problem, last technician described it as a Fan motor problem, no service sheet was shared, the machine was also not fixed. The service center was forcing us for an exchange of only Rs. 500/- insiting that the machine is obsolete. On following up, Mr. Anoop Goyal (anoop_goyal@ifbglobal.com) told us of an exchange offer, which we still have not received any intimation. All the while it is two months, and we still dont have a resolution.
