I had purchased my IFB Washing machine in July. In this 1 year and 4 months I have registered 5 complaints for my machine.

Everytime there is a fault with the machine the technician visits our place and attends to the problem only to give us a temporary relief of the problem.

The machine barely works for couple of weeks and again conks off. I give below all the complaints we had registered since the time of purchase of this machine.

I have repeatedly tried calling their brach numbers in Delhi not to get any response.

I am extremely disappointed with their services and I would not recommend anybody buying IFB products.
