Hi All,

With reference to my order number 249515 made online on 29th February for a washing machine, I haven’t still got the delivery and to add to my woes, your customer care is pathetic with irresponsible behavior & attitude of your customer care executives. I’ve made numerous calls and complaints as well. Till now not even a single reply I’ve got from them. I’ve talked to all of your persons, be it Deblina, Padma, lohith and much more, but of no use.

If you want to retain your brand name, just do this for me. Monitor all the calls I’ve made from my landline phone 91-44-47426019 for the past one week, you’ll get to know the lethargic and irresponsible behavior of your customer care team. Also the complaints register on your website does not get any attention as well.

I'll advice consumers not to go for IFB products, just because of their worst customer service.
