Refusl to supply spare

The said washing machine manufactured by IFB Industries Ltd, East Calcutta Township, Calcutta-700 078 is refusing to sell me the door hinge of the said machine which has broken and they are insisting that they will sell me the same only if I engage their representative to have it fixed which is unethical and unfair. While I need only the spare they are forcing their service on me which is not required by me. My repeated mails to their address chennai_service@ifbglobal.com has been completely ignored by them and please therefore take steps to sell me the DOOR HINGE alone to me by them and oblige.
