Sir,

Please be informed that I had purchased the IFB washing machine for Rhythm House, Noida.

On 19-07.

My concern is that the machine is having major problems, may be manufacturing defect just

Because just after few days only it’s having some sort of problem in quick interval of time.

The washing tub and some equipment have already been replaced still the problem remains the same.

I think we have trusted so much on the brand name IFB but the concern from the company is

Not too much. Till today 10th April the machine is not working and just a few days before the

Service engineer has repaired the machine.(The list of complains can be monitored from your side as

We had called the service people many times)

Now the system will go out of warranty so I request you to replace the IFB machine soon as possible

We have all the original documents with us for the same.
