Worst service

I bought IFB Microoven Model-30sc2. This is the company which has worst customer service back i have ever experienced. The product has arlier developed some heating problem after long wait it was done ok. Now again last 4 months again it has developed similar problem for which I have complained several times one of the complaint no. is 5057711 customer id:2137232.again after several attempt a technician visited my house and says it is panel problem.it has to be replaced which does not include in AMC. But there is nowhere mentioned in the AMC receipt that it will not cover. The technician at the time of signing AMC contract told that any problem any part of the oven is covered in AMC.Now I feel that the company is cheated me.
