IFB Microwave 30SC1
Non attending against complain under AMC

I had lodged a complain regarding no functioning of my IFB make Microwave Model: 30SC1 on dt.08.10.10. The complain No. is 5240633. However no response has yet been receipt. The complain was lodged through their customer care service dialing No.18604255678. As had not received any response I enquired several times regarding the status of my complain. And each and every times they have assured me that I will be attended shortly. However it is surprised to state that today in the evening when once again I intimated regarding non attending my complain, they have told that in their system the status of the complain is in closed condition. I have told them that my complaint has yet not been attended. In response they have given me a landline No.0373-2460237 to contact direclty to the service centre. It is noticed that the telephone No. is also not functioning.
