IFB MICROWAVE
Damage of teh product by company service people

I have a IFB Grill microwave. It was not working so, i called their service people through their customer care. They came and said that megnatron (is a part of it) is not working, and they asked us to by a megnatron from them. we agreed, and next day they came with a new megnatron and once they fit it in the microwave it got burst. and they told us that the transfomer got damaged as the megnatron they attached is not the right one. then they fled.

After repeated call they told us that now total amout cost us is more than the microwavr cost.

Pl do the needful as it is the fault from the company people, and their wrong handling and giving us a used old megnatron. K.P.singh
