IFB MICROWAVE
No executive resposnse against complaint

Dear Sir,

On 14th Jan I have purchase Microwave from the Next showroom in gurgaon, but there is some problem in Microwave, the demo boy told me that they will replace the machine but i am not getting reply from the dealer and from the direct company.

I have done so many call in customer care and also so many calls to dealer of gurgaon but no response from any side.

You are requested to do something against the replacement of my new microwave worth rs.11000.00.
