IFB MICROWAVE
Microwave door not open

I baught a ifb microwave model 30SRC-1 in the month of aug. the microwave door is not open and i lodged a complaint on 2nd of jan vide complaint no 7978175.

but unfortunately there is no response from your side.

kindly look into the matter and do what is necessary.
