IFB MICRO WAVE OVEN
Complaint being not attended from 23rd July

I have a IFB Microwave oven of IFB which was purchased by me in Augut 2007 and the company covered it first in extended warranty and then AMC which runs till August.

The said microwave oven stopped working on 22nd July and I lodged a complaint on 23rd July vide complaint no 6804807.

The IFB now says this is a obselete model and can not be rectified, i now discovered from the compnaies call centre that a microwave manufatured in year 2000 was sold to me in 2007 and was also covered in AMC.

The set was sold to me by,

No one is bothered to resolve this, my repeated calls has fallen on deaf ears and i am being directed from one telephone no to another

I am custioning all to be aware of IFB
