I bought a Microwave Oven (Model Convection, 23 Liters) on 03 Nov from Sitapur (U.P.)

I was told that a Engineer will come to tell how to use the Oven

I reminded again and again to the shopkeeper but no one has visited ti my home yet.

In the lack of proper information we are not able to use the Oven properly.

It is so sad to find the poorest services from a world class Company.

I think your Engineer is too careless towards the reputation of the company.

I here by request you to plz look in to the matter and to do the needful.
