IFB Model Executive plus
Ifg noise while spin

I had registered a complaint on the 22nd of March re;my IFB Executive Plus making huge noise while spinnins going on. I have been calling the toll free # everyday since no one had attentd to my complaint. Every time i was told someone would come within 24 hrs. Till to day i am still complaining&no one has yet attended to my complaint. this is very frustrating & annoying.i even spoke to the service center manager mr.arris as i was told but so far no action has been taken. i hv also taken a AMCafter my first complaint which was on11.3.2010.i haveen your customer for the last 17 years. hope some one will take notice of this complaint.
