IFB Neptune Dishwasher

Request # 120229 put in on 28 Aug for dishwasher salt, powder and liquid. No response even after two weeks despite several reminders to the customer care number 18604255678, the local service centre 32240707, the Mumbai IFB executive 9323042442, local service centre proprietor 9920950251.

Not my first unpleasant experience with IFB... they are cheats who only want you to purchase their products and then simply dont care anymore. You've paid them already for the machine, so who gives a damn!!!

When the dishwasher was delivered to my home, it didnt work when unpacked and demonstrated by a IFB technician. They had the guts to suggest that I get it repaired!!! Some very strong language got them to replace the faulty machine.

A request to replenish salt, powder and liquid for the machine took three weeks to be serviced and that too after complaining to the IFB head office and the Mumbai IFB representative. One of the service centre staff even had this to say.."we forgot that you had requested these supplies".

My strong suggestion to everybody out there... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM IFB!!!
