SPARE PART REPLACEMENT

Purchased latest model of nptune dx dishwasher.after 45 days use its one of the operating push button switch gone bad.the the technician visited.the complaint was registered on 27 th january wide compaint no.8166508.inspite of contacting several ifb local executives (priya) the problem remains unsolved.the standerd answer is that they have recevied wrong spare part against there indent.they are not in position to give the spare part no.as they dont have the proper product manuel.i have offered to send my person to go to their goa office to collect the spare part.it is of no use.i fail to understand the very poor infrastructure of the company of storing the spare parts boasting (advertising for 10 yers spare part support) neputune dx dishwasher is 2011 launch of the company.
