Faulty machine

I have purchased an IFB Senorita DX washing machine on 8/10 serial no 15192. The machine is always having repairs due to which i am not being able to use it. This is causing me a lot inconvenience and mental trauma. Inspite of their technician visiting so many times to repair the machine after every visit there is a new problem in the machine. I just want to request the company to replace my machine as i can atleast get some relief to wash my clothes
