IFB / Senorita DX washing machine
Machine under Breakdown- No response

Machine is under warranty (up to October). My Complaint No. 8788086, complaint registered April. Complaint is: Front balancing stone broken. Service engineer attended immediately and he said same will be replaced with in one or two days. After that i called local franchisee and they said this is closed, you pl. contact IFB toll free no. i called toll free no. and they given one cell (8428286191) and again i called that number. the person i resigned my job. again i called toll free number they given another no. 9092810011. he also said resigned and it is continued like this... finally they given new franchisee number 8012599801 and 9362364203. you don't believe more than 30 times i discussed with these people, every time they will tell your item not yet received or they will tell the item we received from IFb with damage. like this 3 months gone till they are not serviced my washing machine.
