Huge sound occurs

Dear Sir,

As i was taken IFB (SERENA DX) washing machine on Diwali offer in Malakpet TMC, after taking i got delivery after 10days despite calling many times they gave delivery. After that to till now i raised many complaints to IFB customer care that my washing machine is not working properly after 3 to 4 complaints an executive came and checked and told that nead to change some rubber and belt. I asked him that buying 25000 worh machine and with in one week why it occurs problem then he told he will solve it the other day. It happens 20 days back still no executive came and not responding in phones. My recent complaint, req number is 5570454 and 2509838.please take seviere action and solve my problem as soon as possible.
