After Sales problems

Have been dealing with The After Sales service company called Home Appiances Service, Shop no G-10, upper ground, E-57, vinod Nagar, I.P.ext. Del.

Have an AMC with them. The drum of the washing machine had been replaced last month. However the engineer had not fitted it properly & have had a number of clothes shredded subsequently!

Despite chasing them for the last month nobody has arrived to correct the problem! Am openly told that my house is not enroute & hence not convenient!

Am extremely harassed & feel cheated since i signed up for an AMC which is valid till Oct!

The model no is Supremo S.NO-016484!

I would be grateful if u would look into this & compensate me for all the harassment that one has undergone1
