IFB top loading
Not working

I have purchased an IFB top loading washing machine from chennai, Jainsons, Mylapore, during 2007 and it was working and given two years warranty, . Even after warranty, no body has come for renewal. Unfortunately the machine was not functioning. When I made a call to call centrie, t hey told that they will send the people within 24 hours. Two days has passed nobody has attnded. After my perisiting contacts through your various offices, like area manger, Sales manager, nothing has come out. Lastly one of the person came and told that the same cannot be repaired. It take 45 days to rectify that too evenafter doing AMC. Even if go for an exchange deal I can purchase new machine.

EVEN I KNOW THIS LETTER WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESULTS,
