IFB washimg mechine
Poor quality of service

My AMC id is-481826. My complaint number is-5591144, . This is my second complaint number. my first is5582150.The problem is -The mechine is not rotating, that is the drum is not rotating.first day the service man came and checked and said circuit is gone.next day he came and he said motor is the problem.third day he said timer is the problem.fourth day he didnt turn up. After so many calls, he came after 2 days. he did some thing and finally he told he is in need of diagram to check the function of the programme..heleft without completing the the job. Ultimate result is The mechine is still umder repair! Is this the way of giving service by IFB, a very reputed company? I am facing problems now only. I am having IFB mechine for the past 15 years.previous years the service is too good. Now the standard is degrading. The company should take care in this direction
