IFB -Washing machine 7kg digital
Not working properly/reminding for service every time

Electronics and household app.

My Customer ID 2354009 I purchased 7kg Digital W.M of IFB from Sadana Electr. Lucknow on 27.01.2010 whose serial No. is 09-102136-07 and the unit was installed on 29.01.2010 by Mr. Raj Sharma. After Few days we faced some problem related water supply to the unit. According to your service staff some Mr. Anand we did what he recommended. But again the problem was persisting we again lodged a complain. Our complain Nos. 5516816 for the year 2010.and so on. It is been continuously reminding related the problem to your customer care center. But the problem is not rectified. Secondly we always have to remind them for Service as no one comes of their own.
