I am feeling very ashamed now because of pathetic service provided by samsung. my phone had some problem in charging so i submitted it your service center, its been 3 long weeks but i haven't got any positive response from their side. everytime i go there they say that their server is down and they have problem in feeding the IMEI number. you know how important is cell phone now and you are taking it as a thing of no use. if you people can't provide the service then what is use of making false claims about product and service. its better you return my money because i don't want be harrased anymore. you people are forcing me to take harsh steps, now i m forced to move to the consumer court. thank you for everything but i don't want to continue any kind of relationship with your brand and i must say i have a very bitter experience with you and in future i will not buy any of your product.
