IFB / Washing Machine AW 60 - 8061
Worst service

Hi,

This is to inform you that we have IFB washing machine and it is under AMC for next 2 years. I keep getting the digital board issue on my washing machine and we have logged a complaint on 3rd March with IFB service center at Thuraipakkam, Chennai, The complaint number is 6042099, but still no action has been taken from them and no proper response from the help desk. I really dont know what kind of service is providing from IFB and the engineer is not well equipped with the product knowledge.

My machine is out of order for the past three weeks. Kindly take necessary action.
