Dealing with your customer service department has been the most horrifying expererince in my entire life. My washing machine is not functional from the time have bought it. There has always been some problem or the other.
Everytime we log a complaint, it was closed withour fixing our problem. You can have some one check this for you.
You are my last hope of getting this problem fixed. You know how difficult it is to survive without washing machine.
My complaint number is 5526276
Initially when we raised a complaint, in the 1st week of November an IFB engineer came to see the machine. He said that PCB board has to be replaced and we need to logon a fresh complain to address this. Since then we have been calling the customer care in vain regularly. The standard answer we get is that they are going to forward this complain to the relevant concerned person and within 24 hrs it will be addressed. I have spoken to the IFB Technician, Velu: 080 28530789 and IFB Bangalore Executive Harish-9379517945 and they say that stock is out of order for 1.5 months so they can't replace the PCB Board until they get he stock which is uncertain. The expected date is deferred every time.
Please help us fixing in fixing this problem.
