Sir/Madam,

Sub: To remove the lock of my mobile regarding,

I used 3 reliance mobile connections (post paid). Few months ago I deactivated my 3 connections & change of that mobile into prepaid. Now I need new connection with one of the other two mobiles. When I contact reliance communication in Nagercoil, they told that your mobile phone was locked. Then I told them to remove the lock & give new connection. Still now they didn't take any action regarding this. So I kindly request you to take required steps to clear my complaint..
