Washing machine made idle by the service team

I am having a IFB Washing machine. I rasied a complaint on 29-Sunday-09 saying there is diffrent sound comming during its operation. The complaint number is 3800289. The service team came to my house next day and found that there is a problum in the washing machine motor and they removed it and taken away saying it needs to be replaced. Till today no one has attened it and when i call them they are telling that the parts are out of stock and it will be comming today or tomorrow.

Till today their tomorrow has never cam and till today my washing machine is idle.
