Bad service

This is Bindu from Hassan, Karnataka. I actually purchased IFB 7kg fully automatic digital washing machice in the name of my father, B.N.Ramaswamy from NEXT Showroom on Monday, 21.12.09. They told Company service person will come show demonstration within 2 days. But till now they haven't come. After so many phone calls to showroom they told they have already registered on Monday itself. After that one fellow by name, Chethan phoned up today, i.e., on 26.12.09 at 12.20PM and asked about address and told he will come and attend today itself. He is simply telling he will come and he has said to showroom he has sent a person to our place, is he playing a fool with us. Is this is the service your are giving. It is going to be almost one week and no service man had come till today. Its a very bad service.
