Water heater not working

I purchased new wahing machine through c s d canteen before four months, water heater of the same is not working since one monh. I launched the complaint no 3805851in lucknow. but till now fault has not been attended inspite of launching various telephonic complaint. Presently i am residing in Kesav Nagar, Sitapur Road Lucknow (U P)
