IFB WASHING MACHINE
Complaint not being attended even after 5 days

I recently moved into Chennai & raised a call on 17th Jan 10 with IFB customer care for drum unlocking (re-installation). Its been now 5 days and I havn't even received a call from IFB. Even after repeated calls to customer care, there has not been any progress. I was given a Manager number 9841738100 and even Chennai office number 044-30288511. But no one is attending the calls at these numbers. They are disconnecting the calls!!!

I think I will be forced to stand with the heap of dirty clothes that are due for washing in front of IFB service center!!!

Chennai IFB service sucks!!! Didn't expect this from a reputed company like IFB.
