IFB WASHING MACHINE
Machine does not switches off after washing. we can not open the door. It is a front loading macnine

We have a front loading IFB washing machine. The machine once switched on will not stop but it continuously runs. we have to switch off the main power to the machine. the main problem is we can not open the door of the machine and thus the clothes remains inside the machine. we have not been able to take the clothes out of the machine at all.
