IFB WASHING MACHINE
Poor response from IFB service team

I am using my IFB washing machine for past 6 years. Last year I enter in to AMC (AMC.No: 11878, dt:07.08. Amount: INR 1738) contract with IFB. For past 3 months i have some problems with my machine and was come and inspected by IFB service team. They suggested me to change the machine outer body (Because one of the shock absorber's holding bracket got cut). So i booked a request on 17thJan'10 (Complaint number is 4030356) and I was informed by one of the service person that the new order was placed to purchase the machine outer cabinet and on the receipt of new body, the service person will come and fix the body and also replace with 2 new shock absorbers and new pump.

Till today (8th March) nobody has turned to my house and infact nobody gave the right information about the status.
